Whether you need our services from start to finish or you simply need services we provide that other remediation companies do not, we have the knowledge and training to manage any situation.
We offer a thorough cleaning of all ducts utilizing contact or non-contact method. Every supply and/or return duct will be cleaned from distribution source to supply end. We also offer applications if requested or necessary.
All of our equipment is new, up-to-date and well-maintained. All of our sanitizers are EPA-registered, environmentally friendly plant or water based applications with no off-gassing. They are safe enough to drink, in fact, though the flavor leaves something to be desired.
A full HVAC remediation includes the unit along with all the ductwork and components. Depending on the status of the parts within the unit, it may be required to pull certain components out for decontamination. Additionally, we check the status of your unit and perform any service or maintenance required.
Most people don’t really think about how many systems they have in their home, so a quick rule of thumb is to count the number of thermostats. For example, if you have a two-story house with one thermostat upstairs and one downstairs, that typically means you have two separate systems.
Additionally, we offer bi-annual service contracts for the maintenance of your HVAC system.
As Texas state regulations mandate, if we are performing the mold remediation for your property, we cannot be the company who inspected and tested your property, so once the consulting company provides you with the protocol we can develop the proper work plan based off the protocol, TDSHS (Texas Department of State Health Services) guidelines and your specifications.
Proper PPE is supplied for you and your household as well as all our employees working on the property. Then the area is contained and we proceed with the mold removal process step by step according to the work plan we have set up with you. Once the remediation is completed, the consulting company returns for clearance testing to ensure all the mold has been eradicated from your home.

Contaminant removal is very similar in process to mold remediation, with the exception that there are no regulations prohibiting one company from performing both the testing and the remediation. The main concern is to determine the source of contamination and ensure that it is removed immediately. Once the source has been removed, we begin the process of decontamination, which is determined by the type of contaminant and the severity of the levels within your home. Common contaminants are asbestos, lead, VOCs and bacteria levels.
The unfortunate reality of certain remediation processes is that sometimes certain parts of the home have to be torn out and replaced, such as walls and flooring. The idea of having to call a bunch of contractors and get a bunch of quotes for repairs can be daunting, but Breathe Pure does offer reconstructive services for:
• Drywall and Sheetrock
• Tape Bed
Breathe Pure is the sole distributor in the state of Texas for AMBlue II Antimicrobial Flex Duct. AMBlue was the first flexible duct introduced in the US specifically engineered to resist the formation of mold, mildew and other fungi.
It is Greenguard Indoor Air Quality certified as highly-mold resistant, and Agion’s® mineral-based zeolite carrier allows “smart” release technology, which means it deploys its antimicrobial agents slow and steady when necessary. AMBlue flex duct is safe, long-lasting and non-toxic, and it is EPA registered for use in heat, ventilating and air-conditioning applications.
The PHI (Photohydroionization) and REME units (Reflective Electromagnetic Energy) are easily mounted into the HVAC system and work by sending aggressive ionized advanced oxidizers into the rooms in your home to destroy pollutants at their source. It can reduce odors, VOCs, smoke, mold, bacteria and viruses throughout your house. The REME and the PHI units both use friendly oxidizers, which means that they revert back to oxygen and hydrogen after the pollutant has been eradicated.
We also carry many other popular green products that improve and maintain high standards of indoor air quality, including electrostatic filters, UVC lights, an assortment of indoor air purification equipment from room desktop units and plug-ins to units that cover your entire household, and even green pan liners for your HVAC drains to keep the water from harboring contaminants in your drain lines or causing restriction to your system’s drainage.
The Lyric Thermostat is the next generation of smart technology that can be controlled from anywhere you are by smart phone or tablet. It automatically adjusts to you and your lifestyle to keep you comfortable at home and help you save money while you're away.
